Refund policy

Emirates Market offers a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Items from the Health & Beauty category (e.g., Happy Drops, massage pillows) are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return: Contact us within 3 days of delivery at Iamijazali@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +92 306 4065156. Include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened health & beauty products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items returned after the 3-day window
